The Luciferian inversion of the American political system is now complete. The Democrats (aided by the Republican neo-con elites) are now the party of wealth, privilege, divisiveness, arrogant hubris and neo-MacCarthyism. The Republicans have (almost solely due to President-Elect Trump) morphed into the party of liberte, egalite, fraternite, and defending the rights of America’s working men and women.

Just for the record, Senator McCarthy was correct. There were card-carrying Communist Party members scattered around in high places of the government. FDR was a bosom buddy of Stalin, and was at least informally a Communist. And some of those whom McCarthy accused were active Soviet spies.
Did he go over the line? Not really, if you examine the actual facts.
WW2 started as a war against Hitler and Hirohito, but it ended up by handing numerous countries over to Stalin.
For a pretty good account of the basic problems caused by Communist lovers in that war, read Evelyn Waugh’s “Sword of Honour” trilogy. Most of the troops in that war were brave and honest. My Uncle was killed in the Battle of Hurtgen Forest. But many of the political leaders were something else.
When Reagan felled the Soviet Union the KGB files were thrown open. It was then proven by their records that McCarthy was absolutely correct.
