Me too. Furthrrmore, i think the Snowflakes prefer Glocks and M&Ps because 40 ounces of Browning 1911 steel is to heavy.
I’ve tried all the plastic guns and tried to like them.
I just can’t.
This snowflake quit carrying a 1911 about 6 years ago, that steel does get heavy by the end of the day.
But I balanced it out by moving from a .45 to a 10mm.
I am the furthest thing from a snowflake, and I am a huge Glock fan.
I think the .45 ACP is an excellent cartridge, and the 1911 is an superb platform. Just not in my hands. I shoot 9mm better than I shoot .45 ACP; and of all the 9mm’s I’ve fired, I think the Glock 19 — for me — is the best. I also really like the Glock 26 and in a real sub-compact the Glock 43.
I don’t shoot girl’s pistols. I’ve had 1911’s my whole life, and Teflon toy pistols have never appealed to me.
