Gluten intolerance is another fad condition. A very few percentage of the population is born with it. Celiac disease. Others...?
Best video about gluten intolerance (you might like this too, Mrs D - guy is funny!). In my view and experience, people reacting badly to wheat is the toxic chemicals on it and eating wheat in junk foods. I’ve had people who “cannot eat” wheat eat my home made bread without any problems!
