Calling on the Almighty is no longer encouraged, or even tolerated in the public schools of our day; a day in which no one, other than God can be acceptably insulted.
As despairing as it may seem, the way around it is so simple.

My husband and I care for our grandsons during the week while their parents work. They come, have breakfast and we pray before they leave for school. Matt is 9 and Zach is 7. We stand in a circle holding hands and each say a small prayer every morning. they pray for their parents, teachers,classmates and us their grands. A great way to start the day. They also pray for Pres.- elect Trump. Thanks Sean for this thread.
