On Monday's Morning Joe on MSNBC, co-host Joe Scarborough laughed at and mocked the mainstream media's treatment of the Jill Stein-Hillary Clinton recount, holding up copies of the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
He asked: "Has Dana Milbank now said Hillary Clinton is threatening to undermine the democracy in The Washington Post today?"
"I am sure he will," he said sarcastically.
"This is why, by the way, youre all going out of business!"
SCARBOROUGH: [laughing] --- Im sorry, okay hold on [laughing] . Hold on, thats funny! All right, so he's threatening our democracy if he does exactly what she's doing on [sic] September 28th, which he said I'm holding open my options and all legal rights to challenge anything. I mean theyre going to try to move this around, but you take what Donald Trump said,
BRZEZINSKI: I got a headache
SCARBOROUGH: All he did was leave open the option to do exactly what Hillary Clinton is doing. I haven't checked -- have you checked? Is Dana Milbank today
BRZEZINSKI: Youre giving me a headache, Joe
SCARBOROUGH: I haven't checked The Washington Post, Dana Milbank writing today. [Turning to Mark Halperin]
SCARBOROUGH: Mark Halperin, because I know he said you were a lackey for Trump for saying Trump had a chance to win....

Not tonight Joe, I have a headache....
Joe. When she says “you’re giving me a headache,” that’s a signal. OK Joe? It’s a signal. A message of something to come. Or should I say not come.
Well Joe, you yourself, should have been a bit more fair toward Trump during the election.
You started out real good, but totally lost it when the race really ramped up.
Just my opinion.
Best Election Ever
Pretty funny, worth watching even if you have the transcript. I remember watching him being interviewed once when he was a congressman, a great hilarious interview (and I mean that in a positive sense, he was trying to be funny). Reminded me of Tom Hanks at his comedic best.
I saw that yesterday. It is one of the few post election videos that truly delivers the goods. The mockery is astounding. And dead on.
Media a hoot. What entertainment!
Actually a dog whistle not a signal.
There is a very interesting article from politicsusa that I was going to post but FR doesn’t allow the source.
It is an article about Joe helping Trump. It has a passage from Trump’s book
And it has an interesting quote from Megyn Kelly that says some media are helping Trump but pretending to dislike him.
Do he think that MSNBC will magically survive?
Yes, but please remember that we need to tiptoe lightly around the hurt feelings of the losers.
I wholly agree with what Ann Coulter said:
"In fairness, we Trump supporters don't want to be sore winners, so we ought to set a time limit on our gloating. I propose three years."
Her column came out 11/23. So please mark on your calendar that you will stop gloating at midnight 11/22/2020.
Stone the adulteress!
