EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is judged by the color of the skin, the 'self-described' gender, the (I don't give a da!n) sexual orientation, or any other identity politics that is worshiped at the progressives' alter.
The one thing they don't discuss or even touch is this - Progressives lack diversity of ideas/thoughts.
The media has shown that you DON'T want to learn anything from the Trump victory. In fact, you are doubling down. Keep it up, it makes our job on the right so much easier.
Diversity doesn’t translate into effectiveness.
They ‘liberals’ lack diversity of thought.

A cabinet does not need diversity. They are in such positions to serve, secure and improve the country.
Myself - I would prefer to see an all white male cabinet. Period! Anything wrong with that? Once they get the job done, no one will care.
the beginning of reality sets in for Heilemann (& many to come), people get hired for qualifications and abilities to do the job, not color of skin or nationality.
Has “diversity” been shown to be a positive benefit wherever it’s been made a primary focus?
Or... do results not matter?

or
One that knows what they are doing?

Agreed. But, I want one that is 1) Conservative 2) All White and 3) All Male. This is the type of about my family, friends and myself would feel comfortable with.
Obama was the affirmative action president. Look where that got us.
