Women’s college loses it when Hillary Clinton loses election
When Republican Donald Trump was elected president last week, the intelligent, determined young women of Converse College – along with their esteemed instructors – lost their minds.
They posted video of themselves crying on Snapchat. They walked around campus in tears, and the administration set up “safe zones” where students weren’t allowed to discuss the election results.
One of my professors pushed back a midterm “given recent upsetting events,” and students planned to organize “silent protests” on Thursday.

President of the college made a decent explanation of warning faculty.

The student was given the option of conformity and surrendering freedom of vote or facing banishment from the society of the classroom.

“The student was given an opportunity to leave the class and chose to do so.” A teacher is in a position of authority. How is “being given an opportunity to leave the class “ by a teacher not tantamount to being thrown out?
About two hundred people leapt to their deaths to escape from being burned to death in the World Trade Center. How many jumped on November 8 & 9 to escape from Trump? How many have even left for Canada or Jupiter after promising they would?
