To indict or not to indict...

This is dividing a lot of Americans, I’m sure. My take, “equality before the law” ought to mean more to us than a sick and defeated old woman. We simply need to take care that it’s done without rancor or spite. Uphold the law and apply it impartially.

Nobody’s calling for the death penalty. Just a fair investigation for which there are abundant reasonable grounds.

My real concern now is Kamala Harris, if I'm allowed to fret about 4 years from now. She's the female Barack Obama, and there are a lot of idealistic fools out there who will want make history by electing the first black female President. Of course if Trump is the President I think he will be, the economy will be roaring by then, and no one will vote against that. Let's hope.

Other than her, though, you're right - they got nuthin for years. Thank God

wrongo.

force Hillary to make a rotten choice.

She has to choose one of...

testify against Huma and Cheryl Mills, or,
face the chance of going to prison

“...suggest moving on...”

Hillary needs to be indicted. Otherwise she gets a pass and Chelsea takes over as if nothing happened.

It is absolutely imperative that justice is served.

Trump and his administration are more than capable of running the country AND getting Hillary convicted on RICO charges.

She is an actual criminal and the Clinton family has to be stopped once and for all or they WILL be back.

Capitals for emphasis only - not directed at poster

“I want her locked up, yes, but we have a country that needs running, and a citizenry that needs to be reunited. I think Trump’s advisors will suggest just moving on...”

Nooo! Clintons absolutely can NOT be allowed to get away with multiple crimes. (1) They need to pay for their crimes as any person would, and (2) they need to be an example for others who might consider lying, stealing, jeopardizing the safety of America, etc.

“I do not think POTUS can pardon anyone not indicted / convicted of a crime.”

Yes; he can. Ford pardoned Nixon. No indictment or conviction.

“I really want Trump’s 100 day plan fully implemented even more without distractions.”

An investigation, Grand Jury, etc., can be very active during the first 100 days without being a distraction. There’ll be months of investigation going on behind the scenes before anything distracting rears its head to the public.

A president's ability to pardon is almost unlimited.

See the US Supreme Court decision, 'Ex Parte Garland':

Pardon power "extends to every [federal] offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken or during their pendency or after conviction and judgment."

Don’t indict her. PARDON her.

Not until she admits and apologizes for her crimes.

True but we can’t be complacent and must protect our very strong position in the lower offices. Someone in City Hall or a statehouse today (or in 2018) could be a President, Governor or Senator in just a few years.

If Trump is going to indict and make Hillary pay for her crimes, my only advice is to do it very quickly. Do not, DO NOT allow the drama to stretch out over months which turn into years, like that Valerie Plame charade. That would only stir a resistance movement into full fester.

Do it within a week or two of proposing it. Help her to (politically) Die Quickly! Then, plan some other event immediately to take Hillary out of the News Cycle. This may be the time to reshape ObamaCare , slice the budget to the EPA. Redo and downsize the TSA. Do this IMMEDIATELY AFTER the Hillary stuff.

Cool it!! Trump should Tell Obama that they will not indict for the good of national unity and we should support him. That way Obama does not pardon her. Then after he is inaugurated the new administration should indict the hell out of them.

If there isn’t equal justice under the law then we’re still just a banana republic.

But Hillary must pay for her crimes. It could go to low-drama status because the MSM won’t want her to appear evil, so that problem might take care of itself. It would be morally wrong to let her skate just for the sake of calm.

We’ll see what happens. We have to have faith that Trump will do the right thing and we have to trust his instincts.

President elect Trump, it is imperative and vitally important to reestablishing the American people's trust in the government of the United States, trust in the judicial system, trust in the FBI, trust in the "Justice" Department, trust in the IRS, trust in America's founding principles of "EQUAL and IMPARTIAL justice under the law", and trust in "the rule of law" that Hillary Clinton is indicted for her innumerable plethora of felonious crimes.

The very future of the Republic and your presidency depends upon it!

No matter how many sniveling, weak-kneed liberal journalists, political pundits and politician sycophants on both sides of the isle plead, beg, complain, cajole, and argue that you should/"must" simply ignore all of Hillary Clinton's crimes and "let her (along with everyone else involved) skate", "in the name, and for the sake of 'restoring unity', and once again 'coming together' as a nation after a very divisive presidential campaign".

President elect Trump, you must absolutely ignore and utterly reject all of their calls, pleas and attempts to sway you from doing your sworn duty as President to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from ALL ENEMIES, foreign AND DOMESTIC", by indicting Hillary Clinton.

The American people demand justice!

"LOCK her up!, LOCK HER up!, LOCK HER UP!"

Was the loud, consistent, clarion call proclaimed throughout the entire nation at all of your presidential rallies.

It wasn't vindictive or mean-spirited; it was, and is a the angry cry of the American people for the restoration of "law and order", for the restoration of "equal justice under the law", and for the restoration of the principle that "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW", no matter who they are, no matter how financially or politically powerful they are, no matter who they "know", no matter what their name is.

Sir; for the good of the nation, the rule of law and for the sake of doing what is fair, right, equitable and just; we implore you to appoint an impartial, unbiased, Special Independent Prosecutor to thoroughly investigate Hillary Clinton, The Email Server scandal, The Clinton Foundation, Loretta Lynch, Huma Abadin, the former head of the IRS, Eric Holder, FBI Director Comey as well as the Assistant Director of the FBI, and a host of others.

ANY AND ALL PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR CRIMES UNCOVERED MUST BE INDICTED, TRIED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW, NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE, INCLUDING HILLARY CLINTON!

It is literally the only way to reestablish confidence and trust in the government of the United States, its institutions and "the rule of law,.

Mr. Trump, if you were to just accomplish this one thing alone you would go down in history as one of the greatest Presidents our nation has ever had.

Agree with you about Brennan. There are enough Moslems in the USG as it is. I survived my tour at the Embassy in Jeddah without “converting” to Islam. What happened to him? I can’t believe the Agency kept him on after this. He should NOT be head of National Intelligence.

That may be true but defies logic. So...a friend of any future POTUS can rob banks with zero risk? Or murder any on on enemy’s list with no risk? Makes absolutely no sense.

Exactly. If Obama pardons Clinton(s), they get to skate on about 1,000 counts of crimes they’ve committed and it’s all legal.
