Saw this on my local news channel. They showed Kane being led away in handcuffs after sentencing. The next day the local news stated she was let out on bail!!??????What?

I think for non-violent crimes certain people are allowed a period of time to get their affairs in order before reporting to prison

She was released on bail pending her appeal.
The PA Supreme Court announced today that they are refusing to hear an appeal. So she's probably going to begin serving her sentence soon.
