I can see her trying to gin up violent opposition. Trump would need to be ready to crack down immediately and back up local authorities and tell them forcefully that riots and violence should be met effectively. Shooting looters is societal self defense.

I think it is not beyond the pale given what has happened this election cycle. The elites are united in opposition to Trump and the movement that he represents.

If it happens it will not just be her though. The Dem party, the media and the pro-Clinton wing of the GOP, i.e. the GOPe, will be 100% involved in such an effort. This would all happen before Trump took office so he would not be able to do much about it except in the courts.
