Masquerading as educators
God only knows what might actually be acceptable when you dress up and head out to mooch candy. We already know you cant dress in a sexy burka, and Im going to go out on a limb and suggest David Duke wont go over well. Anyway, if youre a University of Florida student and someones Halloween costume upsets you, fret not. Or do. And as youre fretting about oh-so-upsetting costumes that reinforce stereotypes of particular races, genders, cultures, or religions, there are counselors waiting 24/7 to take your call:
October brings fall weather and Halloween. If you choose to participate in Halloween activities, we encourage you to think about your choices of costumes and themes. Some Halloween costumes reinforce stereotypes of particular races, genders, cultures, or religions. Regardless of intent, these costumes can perpetuate negative stereotypes, causing harm and offense to groups of people. Also, keep in mind that social media posts can have a long-term impact on your personal and professional reputation. The University of Floridas Division of Student Affairs Diversity and Social Justice Statement reminds us that UF fosters a community that values and respects diversity. An inclusive definition of diversity recognizes the variety of personal and social experiences that make individuals and communities different from one another.
This country is so f*&$ed.
I wonder if these college twinkies and snowflakes are the p*$$ys that Trump was talking about grabbing.
damn...So all our enemies have to do is dress up like a witch or goblin and scream “boo” and we will need to retreat to counseling....
Anyone know of a way to dress up as a snowflake in desperate need of a safe space? I bet a number of UF students (and others) would love to hear about it.
They’re trying to breed a generation of snowflakes. Delicate little snowflakes.
I can remember up near my locale some years back, a girl showed up to her high school on Halloween dressed as a Playboy bunny (complete with the tights and heels and bunny ears). She apparently was sent home. I wonder what sort of reaction that kind of costume would get on that campus, lol?
Costumes are hurtful , but gay rapists in girl bathrooms is fine
My counseling would involve an open palm...
A kid showed up in an obamass mask last year and I closed the door in his face. I should have gone for counseling.

Must protect the little snowflakes. We better hope that we don’t have to go into war anytime soon, because this would be the generation called upon to serve. Now there is one scary thought.
Forget that!
Dress up as a giant cuddly teddy bear and offer hugs for a dollar.
French maids upset me. I need to go to my safe space. French maids are welcome to come along for some open dialog and removal of the offending costumes.
Maybe in the middle of a firefight they’ll throw down their weapons and cry for time to seek out a safe space on the battlefield? I don’t think the Russian or ISIS fighters will let them get far with that.
Counselors should slap them upside the haed and tell them to grow the F-UP!........................
You should have took all his candy................
Chief Osceola's tribe told the liberals to mind their own business and not interfere with the name of FSU's team. You may notice that the name still stands. The Seminole tribe is proud of FSU...they otherwise would be almost unheard of.
