Many pastors don't yet know who they'll be voting for when election day rolls around next month, according to a new poll from LifeWay Research.

In fact, when Protestant pastors were presented with current presidential options, the largest share — 40 percent — said they were still "undecided."

The poll, which was conducted from Aug. 22-Sept. 16, found an extra 32 percent who said they would vote for Republican candidate Donald Trump, with 19 percent selecting Democratic contender Hillary Clinton and 4 percent opting for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson.

Interestingly, 3 percent of pastors said they didn't plan to vote at all, though 88 percent told LifeWay they believe Christians have a "biblical responsibility to vote."(continued)

Any pastor who would support the anti christian hillery should be excommunicated.

Uhm, 32 Trump to 19 Clinton...yeah sure a toss up, and I am sure none of the 40 percent who say they are undecided are just trying to be polite in a viscous atmosphere where Democrats are trying to make it a social crime to voice support for Trump. No Bradley effect here....move along....

And we wonder why religion in America is so cucked and wussified.

Maybe that is some indication of why the nation is the way it is. The pastors must be cut from the same mold as Paul Ryan. Gutless.

‘undecided’ at this election means a Trump supporter who doesn’t want to be threatened with physical violence

23% will vote to murder children....that says all that needs saying about the state of the modern church and what liberals who have infiltrated it have done to it.

I’m pretty underwhelmed when it comes to pastors and whom they support or say they support. I’m in the “shut up and preach” school.

I'm an officer on our Republican Senate District BPOU Executive Committee and have been in various capacities for most of the last 25 years. Last night we had our monthly executive committee meeting and calling it depressing doesn't do "depressing" justice. The fear is that the "press" is having an affect killing Trump and making clinton appear Presidential. The rest of the fear is clinton actually has coat tails.

That is the foundation for my comment on this story, and my prayer. Any "literate" person who is "undecided" isn't really. Any "literate" person who claims to be "undecided" is really embarrassed to say out loud he or she will be voting for Trump in spite of everything.

My worst premonition if that isn't so is that we no longer even have a country left to save.

Undecided —RIDICULOUS.

They simply don’t wish to say one way or the other.

More and more MEN are not going to church because it has become FEMINIZED.

And that is why those deluded London honkies turn to Islam, which I loath, cuz at the very least Islam does state what it will NOT tolerate, and Christianity as permitted BY THE STATE never, ever does that.

Absolutely. Lot of kool-aid being passed around. Some Christians get so hung up on Donald Trump’s bad words, but give the Party of Death a pass. I just don’t get it.

Yeah, whatever. Before I finished reading that breathless headline, I instinctively knew the content of the ‘NEWS’.

I am NOT surprised at their response, rather, disappointed. The nonsense has become to tiresome. Hasn’t it all become so effin’ PREDICTABLE? Go, Trump, GO!

Trump’s plan to allow pastors to speak out politically without fear would. It make one iota of difference with this nation of stand for nothing pastors.

I am an ordained minister, and I am no longer in the ministry nor an official member of any denomination, for the very reason you state:

Communistic Feminism has spiritually adulterated the institutional church.

Gary Johnson, the anti-borders, anti-firearms hop-head, over the teetotaling free-marketer?

Pathetic and disgusting.
