If Trump Wins, He'll Be Boss of GOP. 1st Item: Expell Traitors

The French were completely mystified by Watergate: It's perfectly normal for political victors, not only to purge their own house, but to use the criminal justice system to punish wrongdoing of the prior opposing regime. Not only should Trump prosecute the Obillary Krime Komplex to the fullest extent of the law, including using all govt. resources to prove Obama was never a citizen & thus illegally occupied the White House, but he should purge and use the DOJ/FBI to dispassionately prosecute all his enemies' crimes.

He cannot just “expel traitors.” This isn’t a monarchy last I checked. Maybe in party offices, but there is not a thing he can personally do about the likes of Paulus Brutus Rynos.

“Hillary Clinton is NOT going to jail.

Obama can’t pardon someone who hasn’t been convicted of anything yet. But President Trump can open up another investigation (with a differently constituted FBI and Justice Dept.) of Hillary, gain a conviction of her, and then she will be going to jail.

This is why I’m increasingly convinced Ryan fell on his own sword intentionally. He only accepted the speakership reluctantly and he’s obviously not very good at it. It’s a lot more work and hassle for what? He already had a VP nomination on his resume, and now that he’s added “Speaker” he’d rather get out of the job.

He knows he’s done if Trump wins and he also knows if Trump loses he will be blamed for the loss. So his future as Speaker is doubtful either way, and he’d much rather go back to just being a Congressman from WI District 1 which is full of good conservatives who love him and re-elect him by 80% margins time after time. He can continue to sleep in his office, shower in the House Gym, and go back to his mansion in Janesville on weekends and live the good life.

I say he pooped in his own nest just so he’ll get thrown out of it.

Yes and no.

We have talked about RINO’s for a long time. The question is really who is Trump (ideologically) and who will he team with to form the coalition that he needs to govern and accomplish what he is promising.

It is my hope that Trump expels some of the top-down, Beltway Bandit, elites that run the Republican party and just want to compromise on everything with the Democrats.

Having said that to govern there will need to be compromise. Do I think that Mitch M. in the Senate is part of the solution or part of the problem? Part of the Problem. Do I see the Tea Party Congressmen part of the Solution or Part of the problem? Part of the Solution.
Do I see all Democrats as part of the Problem? No there may be a few (at least there were in the past, like Joe Lieberman) who could be part of the solution.

I think that an interesting coalition with Bernie Sanders supporters to neutralized the power of Democratic Party “Super Delegates” who are in Congress, could be an interesting bipartisan outreach as they too want to remove the current establishment oriented Democrats controlling their party.

Yes, I favor grass roots politics as opposed to top down political power. Even if it mean empowering some leftist Democrats at the expense of “Bought and Paid for” Democratic incumbents.

If it looks like (or can be spun as) Trump settling personal scores it will backfire spectacularly. This is about rooting out corruption at all levels of the Federal government and reestablishing the Rule of Law.

Government of the People, by the People, for the People. Trump has cited this on more than one occasion. Keep that the focus and the People will support him to the hilt.

Trump will be the new CEO of an enormous and very old organization that has grown fat and lazy and corrupt. He'll have his work cut out for him but no man is better equipped by temperament and background than he is to undertake this task.

“Trump can tie him up for years in court. Leave congress out of it. Special prosecutor.”

Actually, this is exactly what Trump has said he will do.

Trump should come out today and announce himself as an “Independent-Republican”...begin the purge with a re-branding.

It is long past time to send the RINOs back to the Democrat party where they belong.

Maybe then they can bring the Democrat party back from the extreme far Marxist Hippie left...
