most people are low on magnesium. lets calcium wreak havoc inside them. magnesium regulates calcium. soft tissue calcification and arthritis can be pegged to low mg.

I take 2 every morning as prescribed by my doc for arthritis. I bruised easily, before, but, now, I’m like a ripe banana.
