I'm old enough to remember when not everyone had a telephone and when you moved, it took 6-weeks to get one installed.

People, somehow, survived without the ability to call the cops.

Let's do that again and see what happens.

They would rather have dead victims, than risk another riot.

This is exactly the “Ferguson effect” that every liberal social science professor on the planet denies is real.

Police will be more than happy to avoid dangerous situations—they get the same pay-check either way.

This will only get worse. BLM wants police free zones, DOJ is bent on federalizing police by expanded consent decrees...what’s next? Completely disarmed police who have to rely on the NOI or NBPP for backup?

I predict a large number of policemen will move to states where they are supported; rather than let the criminal run rampant .. AND KILL THEM.

Buy your checks from Walmart.com. Here's a link to their check printing department.

The checks will cost 1/4 as much and will show up faster.

"Then why have a police force to begin with?"

With all due respect to police departments, the courts are pointing out that police protection is not a constitutional right.

Justices Rule Police Do Not Have a Constitutional Duty to Protect Someone

But that’t why the Founding States made the 2nd Amendment, so that individual citizens could arm themselves to provide their own police protection.

And for their next act the left-wing Los Angeles will make looting legal.

If the police have come to fear what will happen to them if they do their job and protect citizens from criminal attack, what do you think will happen to an armed citizen when he is forced to shoot one of these criminals in self defense?

As were the police in this case charged with murder for shooting an armed attacker, so too would the armed citizen be charged with murder. The Police Union will provide attorneys to defend police officers, but the armed citizen will have to drain his bank account of any savings he might have or mortgage his home to cover attorney fees unless he’s an NRA Member and has NRA endorsed liability insurance.

If you’re armed and prepared to defend yourself and your family with deadly force, do yourself and your family a favor and get NRA’s liability insurance.

Did you inform the teller that you would be changing banks?

As a logical result, police should stop protecting all government appointees and elected officials. We will see these policies quickly reversed.

Lol, my little country bank has country music playing when I walk in, beautiful western decoration inside, coffee and donuts, knows me by first name and turns themselves inside out like a sock for me on all things.

This is why, even though I live 65 miles away, I continue to use them after 40 + years.

All big banks and city banks I hang up on when they come calling. So, with respect sir, find u a small country bank nearby. My bank is not the exception for a small Texas bank in a small town, it’s the rule.

When I see the films on WW2 i wonder if we have enough men left to filed that kind of military force again.

Yes, we do. Don't let the damn pansies and pajamaboys in Big Media and Big Government fool you.

The whole country has been cowed into a sissified, emotional, and just wimpy collection of touchy feely losers.

Where indeed.

Some people don’t have debit/or bank cards for ATM access and some people don’t know how to go beyond email and computer games or even have a computer.

Complain loudly!!
