Single Payer push
On Tuesday, I talked about the real reason Bill Clinton and The New York Times had suddenly decided to attack ObamaCare as an expensive, confusing, unworkable mess. Far from being an off-the-cuff comment, I argued, Bill was doing exactly what he’d been ordered to do. The left is salivating over the federal power that would come with a single payer system, Hillary’s wanted one for decades, and they need to boost support in key liberal demos. This is their pivot moment.
As I wrote two days ago:
It’s time to pivot toward single payer. Of course, this was the plan all along. ObamaCare was designed to fail. It was, famously, a “step on the path” to a fully government-run system. Hillary has decided it’s time to move forward on the road to single-payer.
Now remember, she lobbied a few Senators to vote for Obamacare.
A government run system ain’t gonna happen. Not this time around anyway.
All I can say is, if the American people can vote Democrat after these same dems forced Obamacare on us, they deserve Hillary destroying their lives further.
Why would anyone believe anything these lying folks say??? If you like your Dr or plan you can keep them....remember.....well it not true.....OH, and $2500 savings...Bull$hit.....how about about $6000 more for less. DemoRats Lie.......
Single payer is now inevitable.
The assumptions underlying “private” (actually, heavily regulated commercial) insurance have been destroyed and will not, cannot be restored.
Ahhhhh....the truth is revealed. And the silly reporters think Billy Boy was going against Obama. Single payer will completely destroy the health care in this country. We HAD the BEST SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. Prayers that Trump can win and more prayers that he means what he says.....that he will repeal and replace Obamacare.
Likely the polling internals show this is a HUGE albatross to Hildebeast. So we’re gonna pretend to criticize it.
Yup. Repealing Obamacare will mean:
- Rolling back the “shall issue, regardless of pre-existing conditions” mandate.
- Eliminating “free” coverage for yutes ages 18-26.
- Ending the ability to buy a policy once you’ve already been diagnosed with something.
- Taking away “free” birth control from the Millenial slut community.
Do you think our Congresscritters have the political fortitude for ANY of that?? I don’t.
In a short while ObamaCare will be entirely the fault of the GOP.
It’s obviously a planned strategy not a slip from Bill.
If the republicans had done more than complain about ACA for 7 years they’s be in great shape. But, unless I missed it, they don’t have an alternative. Simply repealing sounds great to me but is not the big winner issue they’d have if they did some work and could present a workable replacement rather than just talking and letting the Ds get away with things for so long.
Seems like The One Party’s plan all along is single-payer. The Rs have just been there to make us think we have a choice. And now that that’s falling apart many Rs are actively joining Hillary and the Ds.

Now she says the grotesque overreach by government, which SHE facilitated through a shady parliamentary maneuver (”deemed passed”) is a bad idea?
A whole lot of Republicans out there in the business community would love to shove their employee health care costs onto somebody else’s books.
Just sayin’.
This is the age-old pattern of Social Leftist Government Control.
Find a private industry that offers a product or service which is essential to the public.
Ignore that fact that the industry makes tons of money by maintaining its reserves through integrity based actuarial tables.
Regulate, regulate, regulate.
Take over the industry, first with a Medicare plan to control prices, physicians and patient access.
Don’t keep reserves - use the monies for Federal employees and another ‘Trust/Slush Fund’. Elected officials have to eat!!!!!!!
If Single Payer goes into effect, down the road not all that far, Republicans will NOT get the care that DEmocrats will get!!!

I never bought into the premise that Obamacare was designed to fail.
They wanted a showcase success story of a government designed healthcare system. They wanted all of us to yearn for such a system. They wanted us to yearn for Single Payer.
Unfortunately, the Dems know nothing about the insurance buisiness or basic economics, and the plan was indeed doomed from the start.
But that wasn’t the plan.
What a joke: The dems own this! Not one pubie voted for this bill. It’s not obamas, it’s owned by the dems.

It's understandable that we sometimes confuse them. They're both shrieking harpies. (I'm allowed to say that because I'm a woman.)
The main difference between Barbara "The Butcher" Boxer and Nancy Pelosi is that the latter is more of a ditz.
If Hillary wins, you can bet it will.
