People are going crazy around here buying groceries and supplies, gassing up their cars, making arrangements to evacuate, if possible.

Within 30 seconds of posting the thread you said “too late” as in too late to vote prior to the arrival of the storm. It’s not too late, there is time to vote before the storm arrives in Florida, and most certainly before it arrives in Georgia or the Carolinas.
