I went to the NH psychologist licensing site and David Diamond’s license EXPIRED IN 2014
His current status is “L” for Lapsed
Here is the cut & past from the site:

Soooo...did the reporter err by labeling him a "psychitarist" or did the good "doctor" deliberately mislead him?
And...did he stop practicing upon the expiration of his license or has he been violating state (and probably Federal) law?
