Doesn’t hurt to try. I had a friend move to Hawaii once. He finally had to leave after 5 years because he was going island happy.
If you can't get Trump to win Hawaii's electoral vote, maybe you could at least knock down one of those useless windmills.

Hillary leads by close to 30% in Hawaii, her strongest state of all, behind only DC. It’s not worth Trump’s time to go there. He should go to the states that are in play:

PA
NH
CO
FL
NV
NC
OH
IA
And perhaps he should go to other states with Senate races in play, but only if he might help the GOP candidate (even one as pathetic as Rubio):

Was on the Big Island when the tsunami from Japanese Earthquake hit. One of the most loving, kindest , religious place I have ever visited. Can’t imagine the Big Island voting any way but conservative

Coupled with the return from WW2 of many Neisei Jap-Americans ,who entered Hawaii civil service and politics upon return. Along with their relatives and later , offspring . These people formed base of a new and invigorated Hawaii Dem Party ,which was led into elected office by a haole named John Burns and then a long line of oriental Dems ever since . With one exception ; Linda Lingle , a RINO . This was (suposedly) all a reaction to long time Relublican dominated plantation era Hawaii politics ,which they think relressed and demeaned non whites. Hawaii history ...... sad but true . Todays Hawaii Dems do nit recognize that their Party has been subverted into a socialist progressive aberation. They are blind sheep
