Trump Debates 2 Liberals against 1, and Wins
FreeRepublic ^ | 9/27/2016 | Mr. K the KnowItAll

Donald Trump debated two liberals and won.

Lester Holt lobbed a bunch of liberal talking points at Donald Trump, and tried to 'correct' him several times, but Trump would have none of it.

As expected, HilLIARy repeated the rehearsed and memorized answers to the 6 topic of hers that she clearly wanted Lester to ask.

As usual the liberal moderater jumped in as Trump was answering to contradict him.

The end result was the depsite being 2 agaisnt 1, Trump clearly won with Clinton resorting to petty childish rumor and accusations against Trump at the end.

The ONLY thing lacking was a knockout punch from Trump, but this was only round 1.

Trump should never have agreed to a debate with that lefty pond scum as moderator.

She could not help herself. She just had to resort to vicious, ugly, hateful slander. In spite of the pummeling from Hillary and the moderator Trump remained a gentleman, if not a happy one, then certainly a passionate one.

Trump was Trump and Clinton was Clinton. No surprises. Holt’s questions were definitely harder on Trump than they were on Clinton.

Trump didn’t score any knockout punches, but neither did Cankles. It bothered me a bit that Trump missed a number of opportunities to fire back with simple one-liners that would have scored big points. While I give him credit for the “I’ll release my tax records when you release those 33,000 emails” comment, I would have stated something to the effect of, “My tax records aren’t under subpoena. Your emails are and you destroyed them anyway.”

I agree but it also shows the man isn’t afraid to go into a situation where the deck is stacked against him. Hillary may have won on points last night, but she had everything in her favor including the moderator and no doubt the questions ahead of time, and still didn’t land a big punch that she needed. Holt’s tag team with Hillary hurt more than it helped. It showed the MSM’s liberal bias appear front and center to the American people.

Trump won on points last night. Points in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania etc. What he said about jobs and manufacturing were much bigger than anyone is crediting him for.

When she went after him on his business dealings, he should have brought up Whitewater...

"The Whitewater controversy (also known as the Whitewater scandal, or simply Whitewater) began with investigations into the real estate investments of Bill and Hillary Clinton and their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed business venture in the 1970s and 1980s."

Whitewater Convictions

Jim Guy Tucker: Governor of Arkansas at the time, removed from office (fraud, 3 counts)

John Haley: attorney for Jim Guy Tucker (tax evasion)

William J. Marks, Sr.: Jim Guy Tucker's business partner (conspiracy)

Stephen Smith: former Governor Clinton aide (conspiracy to misapply funds). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Webster Hubbell: Clinton political supporter; Rose Law Firm partner (embezzlement, fraud)

Jim McDougal: banker, Clinton political supporter: (18 felonies, varied)

Susan McDougal: Clinton political supporter (multiple fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

David Hale: banker, self-proclaimed Clinton political supporter: (conspiracy, fraud)

Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Larry Kuca: Madison real estate agent (multiple loan fraud)

Robert W. Palmer: Madison appraiser (conspiracy). Bill Clinton pardoned.

John Latham: Madison Bank CEO (bank fraud)

Eugene Fitzhugh: Whitewater defendant (multiple bribery)

Charles Matthews: Whitewater defendant (bribery)

Ultimately the Clintons were never charged, but 15 other persons were convicted of more than 40 crimes, including Bill Clinton's successor as Governor, who was removed from office.[40]

Hillary looked like a red pepper. She came across as nasty, full of memorized words, killing time. Trump did better, did not glance down at notes, The biggest looser of the debate was Lester Holt.

The Donald survived last night but, I have to ask; why do Republicans have to go through the DNC/MSM meat grinder to get elected?
Whilst Democrats can hide and evade conservative rebuttal and review?

What if our candidate just refused to be flogged by the media's so called debate?

My take, for what it’s worth.

He walked through the gauntlet of viscous whip wielding media socialists and came out with only his hair messed up.

I agree. Read the article by Tom Shattuck which was posted here on FR this morning. He’s on the same wavelength too. Hillary may have impressed the bluebloods, elites and the intelligentsia, but Trump showed working class Americans who was on their side. I thought Trump’s strongest points came when he talked about NAFTA. Though not his best debate performance I think he’s starting to put the finishing touches on this campaign. He’ll admit to himself he wasn’t great last night, and be much improved the next two debates to seal the deal on Hillary.
