Team Clinton are probably working overtime to try to figure a way for her to avoid the debate without losing too much.

One article said that expectation for the first debate is potentially over 100 million viewership. That is a revenue bonanza. Network(s) are not going to want to cancel. And a no-show Clinton would be a viewership disaster. Additionally, if she avoids the first debate, that would give Trump the right to cancel the other 2 debates. Another revenue disaster for the networks.

As long as Trump wins the election, I am fine with the news organizations losing money or at least not profiting from it.

Trump will never cancel. He needs the debates to assure a victory.
