The Rothschilds alleged secret control of the world is an old trope of anti-Semites. Actually, the article is quite sarcastic but most readers seem to have missed that.
And btw, the Communist Manifesto doesn't advocate "private banks" but a state bank--in other words, nationalization of the financial sector, which is also advocated by some "right wingers" in the name of fighting "the secret power behind Communism."
