Regardless of whether Hillary wins or not, Obama will issue her and her top minions full pardons before he leaves office. He’ll probably “forget” some of her lesser minions, like her lawyers who illegally read classified information, and her lowly IT folk who helped her obstruct justice.

The simple truth is that, if candidates and/or retired officials are prosecuted for their actions during the previous administration, then you have a strong motivation NOT to turn over power in a orderly and peaceful fashion.
The peaceful and orderly transfer of power from one administration to the next is one of the big things that keeps the USA running.
If Hillary was not prosecuted while Obama was in office, then she will not not prosecuted for her misdeeds at all.
We will have to be satisfied with frustrating her ambitions.
