The Obama Administration is micromanaging the air campaign against ISIS. Obama’s designated Rules of Engagement require that our military avoid any civilian casualties whenever possible. In the two-year war, the pentagon has used the most sophisticated and lethal warplanes and drones to kill members of the terrorist group, but the rules of engagement put far too many targets off limits.

Less than half of the combat missions over Iraq and Syria drop ordinance while the majority of the aircraft return to base with a full load. Aircrews are only permitted to deploy weapons with the approval of a General in Iraq or from the White House. This is how targets were chosen during the Vietnam War by President Lyndon Johnson.

Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney, a Vietnam War fighter pilot and Donald Trump supporter, told The Washington Times that ours is “not an air campaign.” “In addition, a general in Baghdad must approve every bomb dropped — handcuffs on air power to let ISIS survive.” American fighters are being forced to deal with leadership that has no interest in winning the war. In 2015, the U.S. led coalition launched 21,113 missions with only 9,914 munitions actually deployed. This year 12,350 missions have been launched with only 6,575 deploying at least one munition. Although the mission is called Operation Inherent Resolve and its warriors are willing to bring the fight to enemy, politicians are afraid of seeing the results on CNN. We are NOT putting forth a serious effort to wipe out or contain ISIS; rather it is just window dressing designed to mislead the American public.

One of the fiercest critics of Obama’s air campaign’s

Only it is NOT Obola who actually reviews the mmissions, approving specific targets or bombing missions ...

but WHO is it? Who is actually in charge back there behind the curtain of his golf games and day-long trips on Air Force 1 to entertainment shows and Hollywood cameras?
