The Laos Govt. has been undertaking massive hydroelectric power development on the Mekong River. The Vietnam and Cambodian Govts. aren’t happy about this because it is impacting the fishing industry down in the Delta. So, whose side do you think Obammy is on? He poses with the Watermelon NGOS as pro-environment by opposing development of a good source of electricity for the region. Isn’t poverty quaint!
