If Trump is near tied in the nationwide vote it’s all over for Hillary. She will get a minimum of 3 million “wasted” votes in CA and NY alone that she doesn’t need (barring some unbelievable Trump surge in those states). In 2012 Romney lost the popular vote nationwide by 5 million, but if just 212,000 voters had switched in FL, OH and VA he would have won the election despite a massive popular vote loss. But like the guy says, don’t tell the Democrats. Let them think Hillary is way ahead so they can stay home.
I have believed this all along... Hillary has been running a “run out the clock’ strategy, thinking she’s got this in the bag... and doesn’t even need to show up... just stay low and she’ll get it.. this was never reality.
The underestimation and spin out of the media around this election is insane, but they want you to believe, that a successful business person is so dangerous, that the electorate is going to elect a known criminal and crook because that’s less of a risk.
Its idiotic on its face. Trump is not viewed by most americans as unstable or crazy or racist.
The only way Hillary can win is if the vast majority of Americans view Trump as too much of a risk... so much so that they will put someone who is known to have sold for direct financial gain access to this nations government to foreign actors. I know the folks who will vote D no matter what will vote for her.. but I don’t see the calculus that says Trump is a bigger threat than her... not by a long shot.
How can “gaffes” be ascribed to anything Trump has said? He has advanced his cause with each one.
