I do not know how any physician could make a diagnosis on the basis of a video. Physicians need to take a history, do an examination and run diagnostic tests to make a diagnosis.
A cough is a symptom of a LOT of conditions.
My husband was on Lisinopril for about 7 years. Although he woke up in the morning with a nasty hack, he never ever coughed like this.
