Hussein taking control of the elections without even a peep of protest from the states indicates a strong possibility that the next president will almost openly be chosen by the Sultan. He will maintain a thin tale of “counting” the votes but he will want the people to know or strongly suspect that he has taken control. That does not mean that he will stay officially in office but it does mean that he, and Soros et al will remain as the actual power center in the US.
Poll watchers, no matter how perceptive and astute cannot detect the manipulation that will occur at the control hubs to which the individual polling stations send their data.
If Hussein says he is doing this and the states donot react then Hussein will do it unopposed. Constitutionality is irrelevant.
