The McCarren Act was passed by a democrat controlled congress...they held both houses...President Harry Truman (D) vetoed it..and THE DEMOCRAT congress overrode his damn veto...ITS still the law and TRUMP knows it an needs to keep pushing it...he does not need any new stinking laws he has one that is 64 years old and almost old enough to get its own Social Security! AMEN!
All Trump has to ask is “How many Germans and Japanese were admitted to the US between 1941-1945?” This was during FDR and Truman’s reign of liberalism. If we are at war with terrorists, we should certainly retain the right to refuse entry to them. I read the Constitution way back when and couldn’t find the law that says foreigners have a right to come in. No country on the planet is as liberal as we are on immigration.
