Almost as bad as the Nuremburg defense...and will ultimately be as effective.
This issue doesn’t change the hard core Uniparty (Hillary) or Trump voters.
It does impact the Bernie voters, which Hillary needs to even have a shot at this election.
IMO, this drives Bernie voters for the most part to go Green Party or stay home. (A few vote Trump)
Any Bernie voter that does not vote Hillary is a de facto Trump vote.
Another way to think, it is only 1/2 of a Trump vote.
Hillary is -1, but it is neutral for Trump.
A Hillary vote converted to a Trump vote is Hillary -1, Trump +1.
