...Actually acid attacks are commonly used to terrorize and subjugate women and girls in Islamic Countries, but rare for men....They didn't say if it was women or men they did this to?

This woman was attacked because she refused an arranged marriage partner.....abuse of women is not looked down upon in Islamic society in general.
