Oregon State, and Portland in particular has a long established history of prosecuting anyone not adhering to whatever their present liberal orthodoxy happens to be. Laws and the constitution are as useful to Oregon’s judicial system as a bicycle is to a fish.

Have you heard about the Lake Oswego, OR preacher that used church funds...about $3K to by one third of the tickets in a raffle for an AR-15? He won, and intended to destroy the weapon. He gave it to a friend for safe-keeping, thereby violating Oregon’s new laws on transfer...laws that close the “gun show loophole.” We’ll see if he’s prosecuted.
