In July, a Democratic National Committee staffer named Seth Rich was gunned down in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of northwest D.C. The police said his murder may have been the result of a robbery.
Now, however, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is saying there is more to the story In an interview with a Dutch media outlet known as Nieuwsuur on Tuesday, Assange admitted that Rich, a staffer in the voter data department of the DNC, was Wikileak’s source within the organization.
In recent weeks, Wikileaks has released a torrent of information from inside the DNC — from emails to memos to voicemails — that has resulted in the resignation of top party officials, including Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. According to Assange, Rich arranged a large portion of this information.
After Rich’s murder, Assange announced that Wikileaks was offering a $20,000 reward for anyone who could provide information leading to an arrest and conviction in Rich’s murder case.

Yes...but how many people with run with this without viewing the video. It has already happened on a previous seth story. People didnt watch the video. They then claimed assange said something he didnt. People are still spreading that one.

IMHO, Assange did not admit Seth Rich is a Wikileaks source although he did talk all around this. Further, Assange did not say Rich was the source of anything Wikileaks has released. He said, “Wikileaks does not release sources.”
Yes, and I’ll listen again. It’s the headline and article that infuriate me. The interview stands on its own and lets people decide for themselves.
The left is engaged in some serious crap and we need to pay attention.

Rich’s family is well-known at Beth El, where his father was president of the congregation until stepping down earlier this year.
The 2007 Central High graduate jumped into the political arena as a teenager, parlaying a volunteer gig with Nebraska Democrats into a paid position as a campaign organizer.
He interned for then-Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., and graduated from Creighton University in 2011.
Rich moved to the nation’s capital, where he worked as a research data associate for the polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner before landing at the DNC.
It was 4:19 a.m. Sunday when police officers on patrol heard shots in the Bloomingdale neighborhood. They found Rich lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, including at least one in the back. He was taken to an area hospital, where he died.
Aaron Rich said it appears that his brother was walking home when he was shot and might have been the victim of a botched robbery, although little is known for certain. Detectives have told the family that he had bruises on his knuckles and face.
“There had been some kind of a struggle, but he also had all of his belongings with him,” Aaron Rich said.
Police are offering a $25,000 reward to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction of those responsible. Detectives are examining several recent robberies in the area to determine whether any can be linked.

| I watched the video multiple times. No other conclusion can be drawn from that interview other than that Assange has admitted that Seth was his (partial if not primary) source. Assange clearly nods "yes" to all the pertinent questions from the reporter. In Assange interviews, he often gestures yes and no with his face and hands. It is clearly a physical expression, and it is the most physically and visually obvious I have ever seen. And it leaves nothing in the way of plausible deniability. Seth was clearly assasinated. But, it seems from the interview that he may not have been the only source for the data. Perhaps he was one of several individual for exposing that data. It also seems clear that he has been used as an "example" for any other would be leak-makers. It seems clear to all, who are not ostriches or clinton trolls, that this is a clear warning to any other potential leakers that they are next... if they don't lock it down. It is likely that access to the server was compromised to professional hackers via his compliance or negligence. The DB troves of email have most likely been downloaded in their entirety. The server was virtually unsecured to begin with (the admin must have been sleeping at the bench) and now all that former data has been mirrored at alternate secured locations for bu... and future deployment. I think it will ALL come out. It was known from the day the report came out about Seths untimely demise... that this could be another ARKANCIDE of the highest order. Comey is breathing a sigh of relief... for now. (apparently he chose wisely) |
