When was the last time any rat worried about whether ANYTHING was legal or not? They don't care. They just do it, no matter what.

Same for Bill Clinton officiating at Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner's wedding. Guess it gave Huma a religious out by making the "marriage" to a non-Muslim invalid.

The event was officiated by Bill Clinton, even though according to state law Clinton could not legally perform the marriage.
