Although I have my problems with Trump, the one talent I believe him to have is to appoint the best people around him. He has done it all his business life. I'm still not sure if he can successfully debate the spinning, parsing, lying, politically astute Hellary with his repeated generalities, but he has my vote because of his ability to surround himself with the best.
Have you seen who his potential USSC justices are that he's considering? I believe his Cabinet will consist of the most capable, knowledgeable, pro-American, internationally astute people he can find. I sincerely believe that.
Whereas, Hellary will appoint only those that agree with her globalist/socialist/utopian view of the World with no room for opposing advise/views. Her history of being a control freak is well documented in so many books.

It’s not those people I worry about. It’s “all of us” that I worry about. In order to break free of the Chinese chains in our economy, we need to, very suddenly, awaken the American Worker. We need to remove the current slob that stands behind every (seemingly every) counter and replace their minds with the intellect and drive that our parents have.
In order for the plan to fully work, each of us has some weight to shoulder. And American Quality will need to return before the pay will return. We can’t just increase pay and then stand back and watch the modern worker start to care for their job, and the product they create. We need to go the other way around. We need to find a way to make all Americans give more attention to what they produce, and then slowly turn the heat up on what we get paid to do these things. It can’t happen through edict and it can’t happen through a plan.
People, myself included, have to be sure that there is a brighter future for us if we give more attention to detail and spend our own time against the clock to fully investigate, document and report challenges in the workplace.
So often I call up a customer service team only to be let down by the Debbie Downer that picks up “Oh... I can’t do that.” or “I’m not allowed to do that” instead of taking a swig of coffee and waking the hell up and focusing on a solution. Just basically, everyone needs to do their damned job better.
This is how America falls asleep. We need to wake up. We can’t just start paying people more money and hoping that they will do a better job. People need some sort of hope - and a real roadmap to get there - and we will all start to give a damn about our jobs.
So many employees are just floating through their day. Making it to 5:00 and then sighing a breath of relief that “today wasn’t the day that they got fired”. This is how most people today behave.
