Well, guess what, bozo. How can anyone dictate that for public streets and in private vehicles? The school will be sued and lose big time.
IOW, I can declare the road in front of my house is for my use only and no one else is allowed to drive on it. So sayeth the Almighty bgill!
Classic liberal overreach of authority designed to take away rights because they think they know what’s best for you.
If it is a public highway they have no authority to write a “law” regarding its use
You two nanny-staters really think it’s ok for the curators of a university to make up rules governing what a private citizen can/cannot do inside of their own automobile while traveling on a public roadway? Seriously?
Funny. Years ago when I objected to smoking on airlines, smokers would snort derisively: “Don’t like smokers on your airline, then take another airline”.
Don’t like the rules on campus? Drive around.
Private roadway inside campus. Not really a nannie stater. Just hate pigs crapping in my breathing space and littering everywhere. If smokers were responsible people they wouldn’t have such valiant enemies.
Try again.
Someone smoking in their private automobile while driving on a public motorway affects you how?
They can pound sand with that idea. ;-D
Guess we’ll have to go back to sniffing snuff.
