The best reform we could make of our legal system would be to have congess do nothing but repeal laws and regulations for a while. I’d be happy if during even years congress could not pass any new laws, and likewise, agencies could only #remove# regulations. Odd years would be for considering anything new that might be needed. Also, every single law should sunset once a decade. If it is good law, it will be re-authorized. Anything without real support would lapse.
