Probably rebled from the surgery and swallowed blood. They’ll stop the bleeding. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

UPDATE: Good news! The doctor performed emergency surgery in the ER and stopped the bleeding. Please keep praying for Tyler and his family that the bleeding won’t come back.

That is a reaction to anesthesia. And the vomiting probable tore some stitches. And the continued vomiting is from blood dripping down into his stomach.
All of it sounds horrible, and it feels horrible. But it’s fixable.
