POR entered the knockout rounds just barely... in a 4-way tie for 15th out of 24 teams, out of a very weak Group (HUN, AUT, ICE)... tied with Albania and Turkey and Northern Ireland... and didn’t win a single game in regulation until they met tiny Wales in the semis. That has to be the poorest resume of any Finals team ever.
