Amy statisticians? Why would they consistently over sample or do they ask party affiliation so as to know how biased the survey might be and then try to compensure by weighting the Republicans response more?
Over sampling democrats. The are also folks (like me) that simply enjoy lying to pollsters. Remember, the only poll that matters is in November. VOTE!
