He’s right. Majority rules has been trumped by minority rights. It is time for Majority Rules again if they like it or not.
One thing I would like to start seeing is male prisoners start saying they “IDENTIFY AS A WOMAN.” Wouldn’t it be “cruel and unusual punishment” to keep someone that identifies at a women in a male prison?
If I am going to prison, I would state that I identify as a woman. That way I could fight going to a male prison.
Would Obama and his DOJ stand up for those identifying as women? It would be cruel and unusual for them not to (sarcasm, of course). They need to be consistent in applying gender identity and that should apply to prisons too.
Do I want to put men in women’s prisons? Certainly not. I just want to MAKE A MOCKERY of this gender identity BS.
