You sound like a woman being raped laying back and enjoying it. Nothing you can do about it.
It’s basic economics. Unless a company can see the economic benefit of having closed a factory, because it was uneconomic to operate, to reopen, it’s not going to reopen.
But that doesn’t mean that the economy can’t be fixed so new economic opportunities are created.
