Unfortunately cities don’t exist in isolation. If smallpox erupted in NYC or LA, it’d be nationwide in a week as travelers carried it around.

I’m actually surprised that the people that seem to have the most sway over Obama (the wealthy homosexual lobby) doesn’t fear these diseases because of their compromised immune systems.
