I am a defeatist. It’s fixed for Hillary. Nothing binds the EC vote to the popular vote.
I think they all should be apportioned. That’s the closest I want to get to popular vote.
Popular vote is horrible and the worst form of Democracy there is.
Actually that isn’t true. The popular vote in each state is tied to the EC.
Only communists and stupid people want an election where the overall ‘popular’ vote to be the determiner. That leaves smaller communities and states out in the cold. It would mean the country would be run by the voters in NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, and SF. That you would not like
