It depends on how the pardon is worded. If it's a "for any and all" type pardon, then Trump can't touch her.
But here's the thing. A presidential pardon covers federal crimes only. It would be interesting to know if Hillary broke any state laws while she was Secretary of State. I doubt it, but it would be the only way to get her.
Side comment (personal rant): The Founders made a mistake when they gave the president the unchecked power to pardon.
Rules are for lesser people, not people like Hillary.

Nobody cares about this. Any time the media mentions the story, it is always with the qualifier “no biggie, everybody does it”, etc. Just like when Bill Clinton perjured himself it was “who cares, everybody lies about sex”, etc.
