Curt Schilling, North Carolina, the Feds, DOJ, and Transgender Bathroom Bills

Despite the moral and legal implications, the fact is that this is a local issue, and big corporations and the federal government are doing all they can to bully local governments and State governments into compliance...or else. Is that freedom?

Baseball Great Curt Schilling was fired by ESPN for daring to share the image and message shown on his personal social media page. The sports network considers Mr. Schilling’s personal opinion about the perverted mental illness of transgenderism to be discrimination. I don’t care how nice these people may seem to liberals, and how much they want to pat themselves on their own backs for having a good feeling about bending over backwards for transgenders, the reality is Bruce Jenner’s chromosomes did not change when he put on a dress, and nether did the chromosomes of the dude in Schilling’s post when he put on whatever that is.

Wonder what the real issue is while Obama is focusing on toileting. Obama is President of the US, not king, not dictator. He can not speak and make it the law of the land. So ignore him.

There should be three types restrooms in all buildings from now on. Many buildings already have them. A men’s, a women’s and a universal or disable restroom where a caregiver can help their spouse or employer use the facility etc. Or a mother with a child etc. Transgender people can access that restroom. Okay!

Issue solved.

This news about transgender policy brings up the information I sent the Oregon Republican Party. The one point I would like to add was mentioned in the last link. When Dr. Paul R. McHugh explained why research led John Hopkins to stop doing sex change operations, he mentions why women should feel at least uncomfortable if not emotionally violated. Before surgery candidates spent much energy trying to convince anyone they met about their decision. Their sexual hungers and adventures dominated their thinking and talk. Many of the men who claimed to be women reported that they found women sexually attractive and that they saw themselves as lesbians. In the time living as a woman and after surgery, they adopted high heels, copious makeup, and flamboyant clothing, but large hands and thick features revealed them as a caricature of a woman.

OREGON REPUBLICAN PARTY INFORMATION:

I think the first question asked of office seekers this year will be whether they support the civil right to use which ever bathroom or locker room they feel fits their perception of gender. If someone says no then follow up questions will covey bewilderment and outrage that a negative answer could be possible, because a no answer represents the violation of the basic rights of a beleaguered minority. My letter below attempts to inject a type of thoughtful discussion into this issue I have not heard. However, I think it is really a pathetic effort in light of the Breitbart article linked to below which discusses the intent of initiatives. In that regard, I believe we have been here before.
In 1973 the American Psychiatric Association decided to remove homosexuality as a mental disorder from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). Removal followed a two year campaign Newsweek described as ongoing disruptive, chaotic attacks on psychiatrists and physiologists. Yet throughout these disruptive attacks, no academic papers arose at conferences refuting any research previously done. Eventually onslaughts forced sufficient abstentions, under-votes, and apprehensive responses for a third of APA’s 17,000 plus membership to approve removal. Now states have laws against employing the highly successful therapies dealing with this mental disorder.

LETTER:

The Oregon Department of Education presented their policy interpretation allowing men to enter women’s bathrooms and lockers rooms based on current gender feelings. This asymmetrical approach results in a random walk through reflective life. When comforting lights of popular expressions drive decisions, no opportunity remains to consider insights such that as from John Hopkins.

At one time their Sexual Behaviors Consultation Unit conducted candidates through a lengthy preparation process culminating with gender reassignment surgery. Study caused them to question whether any emotional resolution was achieved and they eliminated the practice in 1979. Dr. Paul R. McHugh says, “that transgenderism is a mental disorder that merits treatment….These policy makers and the media are doing no favors either to the public or the transgendered by treating their confusions as a right in need of defending rather than as a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment and prevention.”

Shouldn’t transgenderism first be assessed as a medical issue? Women are terribly uncomfortable with a mercurial revelation that they believe violates their inherent natural right to feel safe and private in their persons. This policy provides many the opportunities to indulge in deviant impulses. The policy thrusts a few into intimate political theater where they portray a feeble caricature of a woman, but without evidence of benefit to their psychological condition. Considering John Hopkins’ experience with reassignment surgery, shouldn’t this radical transformation of society await careful review?

Could a root of all this degeneracy be that "Michelle" Obama is a transgendered male?

As for restrooms, He, She, and It are appropriate.

So by current logic if I as a male say I am really a female I can use the women’s locker room at a local fitness club

His issue is whatever religious, conservatives believe in and uphold, he wants to destroy. He gets some sort of sick kick out of giving us the “finger”.

Then what do folks do about showers at schools, gyms?

I watched a transgender on news last week. That option of unisex bathrooms was suggested. It was appauled and screamed it’s discrimination to have a unisex bathroom because everyone would know that they are a transexual, different from everyone else. Why should they have to go to a special bathroom was her argument.

Well if they take a shower with the opposite sex, people will know they are transsexual anyway!

Dolt megan kelly last night was literally fighting the Texas governor about this but not once did he say “megan you have girls would you be comfortable allowing your girl in a bathroom with a 30 year old man who sez he’s a women”? A small minute minority that the rats and the media have brought nationally to combat the evils of christianity
