When I read this, I think of the majority Republican Congress, governorships, state legislatures. They are truly irrelevant in the modern USA, which grows more liberal daily.

Over half of the the states have opposed Obama in court over various aspects of immigration and Obamacare. CA passed both a statute and constitutional amendment that kept real marriage. The rise of Trump is indicative of widespread disgust. Etc.

The corrupt liberalism you speak of is being imposed; it isn't welling up from the grassroots.
