Legalized theft. Hell, the federal government has practiced this for more than century—it’s called the Federal Income Tax; an unconstitutional form of legalized theft. And state/federal employees from police to FBI (RICO) to the rest of the “Justice” Department have simply joined in. Wanna stop it?
