You are full of crap. ANY WILLFUL KILLING of anothers humans is murder. But it is also true war is lawful. Under the right conditions. I don’t have a problem with war being murder. Why do you?

I suppose it’s possible that all you are “murdering” is the language. Murder is the intentional, unlawful killing of an innocent human being.
I don’t know what moral code you subscribe to, but I have always taken a Judeo-Christian view of killing. Under that code, all intentional, unlawful killing is murder. But the penalty for murder, under that code, is death, but that death is not murder. Capital punishment is lawful, not murder. Killing in self-defense is lawful, not murder.
No nutball, all killing is not murder. Murder is killing outside the constraints of morality and law. Self defense is not murder. War is not murder.
Some wars lead to murder, such as what the Nazis and Japs did. But not all killing is murder.
