I agree with the court’s reasoning on that one.
I’ve always wanted a 22 mag pen gun. I know they are outlawed under the BATF rules, but they would be cheap, concealable, effective and easily homebrewed.
I can make a very lethal close range 22LR out of a car radio antenna and a clothes pin in about 20 minutes.
The problem these days is finding an old fashion car antenna. ;o)
